Requirements and support
You can register and begin building your chef profile before supplying compliance documents. Before you accept orders, you must submit a valid applicable document and receive approval.
- Food Handler’s Certificate — Issued by your Metropolitan, Municipal, or District Assembly (MMDA) Environmental Health unit.
- Environmental Health certificate — District assembly environmental health certification for food handlers.
- FDA Ghana food establishment registration — For restaurants, packaged food, and other formal food establishments.
