About CHEF ANNOR
Chef Annor is a passionate Ghanaian chef, culinary storyteller, and advocate for Indigenous Food Systems, with five years of professional culinary experience. A graduate of Dainess Chef’s School, Accra, he currently practices as a Private Chef.He has gained experiences in food profiling, indigenous food promotion, masterclasses, hosted dinners, and market tours. Rooted in the culinary heritage of Ghana, particularly the Eastern Region, Chef Annor celebrates indigenous ingredients such as kontomire, apem, cocoyam, plantain, and palmnut. His passion lies in transforming traditional Ghanaian flavours into innovative culinary experiences that connect culture, sustainability, and modern gastronomy. His mission is simple: to let the world taste the richness of Ghana through every plate.
